The Drexel Office of Civil Rights Compliance provides leadership and enforcement of the University’s policies on prohibited discrimination, harassment and retaliation and on sexual harassment and misconduct, which apply to all students, faculty, staff and community members. Our team of dedicated, trained professionals is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate and equitable education, resources and support to the Drexel community.

Community Resources

The Victim Services Coordinator in Drexel's Department of Public Safety provides services to students and employees who are victims of crime. Services include crisis support, assistance obtaining Protection from Abuse Orders, transportation and accompaniment to the Philadelphia Sexual Assault Response Center (PSARC) and the Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit, assistance filing for Victims Compensation (if eligible), court accompaniment, and assistance filing private criminal complaints.
Lancaster Walk on Drexel's University City Campus
Drexel University's Counseling Center offers free, confidential counseling services to currently enrolled full-time undergraduate and graduate students. If you are currently in crisis or have an urgent concern and wish to speak with a counselor immediately, please contact the 24/7 on-call counselor at 215.416.3337.

PSARC provides victim-centered services to sexual assault survivors of all genders. Services are provided in a private, medical office setting. The center is staffed 24/7 by on-call, specially trained and experienced Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners who provide forensic rape examinations and medical care, such as pregnancy prevention and sexually transmitted infection prevention.
